- 50% of the total estimated job cost is due before the job begins. The remainder of the balance is due when the job is complete.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days.
- If, during the performance of work, the price of the materials significantly increases, the price shall be equitably adjusted by an amount reasonably necessary to cover any such significant price increases. A change in the price of materials will be considered significant when the price increases more than 5% between the date of the estimate and date of the applicable work.
- Any changes in the estimate specifications will be discussed with and approved by the customer in the form of a Change Order.
- Payment is due upon receipt of Invoice. Any balance unpaid after 7 days shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Finance charges begin on Day 8.
- The return of a check issued to our company will result in a $35.00 returned check fee.
- A service fee of 3.59% will be added to all credit card payments.
- If you would like to keep any item we will be replacing, please notify us IN WRITING (i.e., email) BEFORE work commences, to verify the item(s) to be saved.
- Any materials supplied are warrantied according to the manufacturer’s warranty on those products. Materials made by The Onyx Collection have a lifetime warranty.
- Labor provided by our company is warrantied for one year from the date in the Invoice and is limited to the amount of the cost of the service provided. The labor warranty shall be rendered null and void if subsequent work is provided by any third-party contractor or person following completion of our services. No warranty service or corrective work will be performed while any account balance remains past due.
- ALL blueprint and designs are the property of Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. and are protected by the Architectural Works Copyright Act (AWCPA). NO image or information displayed in blueprints and design plans may be reproduced, transmitted or copied without the express written permission of CEO, Jeremy Custer. Contravention is an infringement of the Copyright Act and its amendments and may be subject to legal action.

HVAC STARTUP & WARRANTY
The Customer is responsible for ensuring required utilities and fuel are available for system startup. If we are unable to perform startup and commissioning due to unavailable utilities or fuel, the Customer shall not operate the equipment until we complete such startup procedures.
Any unauthorized operation, startup, or adjustment of the equipment prior to OUR commissioning voids ALL labor warranties and may void applicable manufacturer warranties. Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. shall not be responsible for any resulting damage, malfunctions, or warranty denials.
