Estimates are FREE.

• 50% of the total estimated job cost is due before the job begins.  The remainder of the balance is due when the job is complete.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days.
• If, during the performance of work, the price of the materials significantly increases, the price shall be equitably adjusted by an amount reasonably necessary to cover any such significant price increases.  A change in the price of an item of materials will be considered significant when the price of an item increases more than 5% between the date of the estimate and date of the applicable work.
• Any changes in the estimate specifications will be discussed with and approved by the customer in writing in the form of a Change Order.
• Any balance remaining 30 days after date of job completion will be charged a late fee of 1.5% per month on all amounts past due.  Non-payment will result in loss of future service.
• The return of a check issued to Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. will result in a $35.00 returned check fee.
• If you would like to keep any item we will be replacing, please notify us in writing (i.e., email) BEFORE work commences, to verify the item(s) to be saved.
• Any materials supplied are warrantied according to the manufacturer's warranty on those products.  Labor provided by Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. is warrantied for one year from the date of Invoice and is limited to the amount of the cost of the service provided.
• All blueprints/designs are the property of Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. and are protected by the Architectural Works Copyright Act (AWCPA).  No image of information displayed in blueprints and/or design plans may be reproduced, transmitted or copied without the express written permission of our CEO, Jeremy Custer.  Contravention is an infringement of the Copyright Act and its amendments and ay be subject to legal action.
• If, at any time during the process of remodeling or service, you are dissatisfied, please notify our CEO, Jeremy Custer, immediately at (704) 221-2240.
•  A service fee of 3% will be added to any credit card payments.
• The Onyx Collection products have a lifetime warranty.  Our labor is warrantied for one year from the date of your invoice.

Absolutely!  Be sure to call 704-221-2240 for emergency appointments, rather than using email.  When calling, please specify it's an emergency.

We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, with the exception of extreme emergency calls.

Yes!  We can have your well water tested and install the proper water filtration system with products supplied by Action Manufacturing & Supply, Inc.  We can also remodel or rebuild your well house!

We also provide services for local businesses, realtors, and rental property owners.

Yes!  We are locally insured, by a company in our small town. #shoplocal  Proof of insurance upon request.

Regardless of how small the job is, we will help you.  We value our customers and their opinions of us.  Our philosophy is "Your Work Is Your Signature" and we live by that daily.

As a small, family owned company, we have little overhead.  We don't do TV commercials, we don't have fancy work vehicles, and our office is small.  We pass that savings on to you.  We provide quality services for a reasonable price.  

NO.   Our design team contributes both their expertise and time to create blueprints and/or design plans for our customers.  All blueprints and/or design plans drawn for clients are and remain the property of Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. and are protected by the Architectural Works Copyright Protection Act (AWCPA).  No image or information displayed in blueprints and/or design plans may be reproduced, transmitted or copied without the express written permission of Windy Hill Renovations, Inc.  Contravention is an infringement of the Copyright Act and its amendments and may be subject to legal action. 

For legal purposes, we recently implemented a policy concerning photo releases.   In order to have  pictures of your work posted online, you must have a signed Photo Release Agreement on file in the office of our Administrative Services Manager.  Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. will never share any personal client information, especially when posting online.

Of course!  If you would like to keep any item we will be replacing, please notify us in writing (i.e., email) before work commences, to verify the item(s) to be saved.

Absolutely NOT!  Since we offer a warranty on our work, we only use new materials, which are warrantied by the manufacturer.

Our Administrative Services Manager will email you a Change Order which you will need to approve by signing.  This Change Order will include any additional services and the additional cost that was not included in the original estimate.   It will also give you the total cost when the Change Order is added to the original estimate.
