All blueprints and/or design plans drawn for clients are and remain the property of Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. and are protected by the Architectural Works Copyright Protection Act (AWCPA). No image or information displayed in blueprints and/or design plans may be reproduced, transmitted or copied without the express written permission of Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. Contravention is an infringement of the Copyright Act and its amendments and may be subject to legal action.
For legal purposes, we recently implemented a policy concerning photo releases. In order to have pictures of your work posted online, you must have a signed Photo Release Agreement on file in the office of our Administrative Services Manager. Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. will never share any personal client information, especially when posting online.
Of course! If you would like to keep any item we will be replacing, please notify us in writing (i.e., email) before work commences, to verify the item(s) to be saved.
Absolutely NOT! Since we offer a warranty on our work, we only use new materials, which are warrantied by the manufacturer.
Our Administrative Services Manager will email you a Change Order which you will need to approve by signing. This Change Order will include any additional services and the additional cost that was not included in the original estimate. It will also give you the total cost when the Change Order is added to the original estimate.
