Zelle payments accepted
Please note that we will only be able to receive payments from consumers using Zelle® through their banking app. We won’t be able to receive payments from consumers only enrolled in the Zelle® app.
Check Acceptance Policy
Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. accepts personal checks as payment. The amount of the check must not exceed the amount of the purchase. We do not accept checks without a pre-printed name & address (no starter checks). The return of a check issued to Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. will result in a $35.00 returned check fee.
TERMS OF SERVICE
- 50% of the total estimated job cost is due before the job begins. The remainder of the balance is due when the job is complete.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days.
- If, during the performance of work, the price of the materials significantly increases, the price shall be equitably adjusted by an amount reasonably necessary to cover any such significant price increases. A change in the price of an item of materials will be considered significant when the price of an item increases more than 5% between the date of the estimate and date of the applicable work.
- Any changes in the estimate specifications will be discussed with and approved by the customer in writing in the form of a Change Order.
- Any balance remaining 30 days after date of job completion will be charged a late fee of 1.5% per month on all amounts past due. Non-payment will result in loss of future service.
- The return of a check issued to Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. will result in a $35.00 returned check fee.
- If you would like to keep any item we will be replacing, please notify us in writing (i.e., email) BEFORE work commences, to verify the item(s) to be saved.
- Any materials supplied are warrantied according to the manufacturer's warranty on those products. Labor provided by Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. is warrantied for one year from the date of Invoice and is limited to the amount of the cost of the service provided.
- All blueprints/designs are the property of Windy Hill Renovations, Inc. and are protected by the Architectural Works Copyright Act (AWCPA). No image of information displayed in blueprints and/or design plans may be reproduced, transmitted or copied without the express written permission of our CEO, Jeremy Custer. Contravention is an infringement of the Copyright Act and its amendments and ay be subject to legal action.
- If, at any time during the process of remodeling or service, you are dissatisfied, please notify our CEO, Jeremy Custer, immediately at (704) 221-2240.
- A service fee of 3.5% will be added to any credit card payment.
- The Onyx Collection products have a lifetime warranty. Our labor is warrantied for one year from the date of your invoice.
